Hey everyone, Gareth here from Exposed Wolf and welcome to another blog. Now today I want you to tell me a story. Your story to be precise! Humans are naturally drawn to stories, we’ve been sharing stories for thousands of years. And it’s important for you to tell your story in order for your clients to get to know you.

For example, my story is I’ve moved back to the UK after living in Australia for nine years. So this is my reason for putting myself out there on camera and writing blogs. I’m going out networking because I’ve been away for so long. I don’t really know anyone so I need to build up my entire network from scratch. It’s kind of like I’m a startup company again. My business is still running in Australia but here in Liverpool in the UK, I need to tell people who I am and how I can help solve their problems. So yeah, being away for so long, isn’t easy coming back and trying to get to know people, but that’s my story and that’s why I’m here writing this blog today.
So that’s what it’s all about, people buy from people, and you need to be relatable and you need to be a human being and not just a faceless website or brand. We all got into this crazy world of running a business for a reason, so tell people that reason. Don’t sell to people, be honest, be relatable and the clients will come to you. Get your face out there on camera consistently and always give value. It may seem daunting at first but the more you do it, the easier it gets. Don’t be afraid to hire a video production company. They will guide you through the process and make it a fun experience. You can shoot all your videos in bulk giving you months of content. You will be generating leads on autopilot in no time.
So don’t be afraid to get out there and tell your story. That’s all I wanted to say today, I hope you got something out of it.
